Partnership/Discounts

Q: How does the partnership work?
A: Stiku offers a partnership to any photographer that wants to offer our products to their customer. We offer a discount that allows you to resale our product to your customer and still make a profit.

Q: Do I have to be a photographer to be a part of the program?
A: Yes

Q: How much is the discount that I will receive?
A: Stiku offers all photographers a 20%  discount. Photographers may resale the product at retail or, in many cases, mark-up the product to their customers.

Q: What tools/ materials does Stiku offer to assist me?
A: Stiku offers a free customizable brochure and different display kits to get your Stiku business rolling.

Q: Can I brand the print as my product?
A: If you wish to add your logo to image before submission, it will be printed. Stiku will not include any marketing materials pertaining to you establishment in the shipping packages.

Q: Will Stiku include any marketing materials in the shipping package?
A; Stiku will not include any marketing materials in packages shipped to your customers.

Q: What file formats do you accept?
A: Stiku accepts any of the file formats below:

Q: How do I know my image will work?
A: When submitting your file online, our website will automatically tell you if the artwork will work with the size that you want to increase it to.

Q: Do you make any color or graphic alterations to pictures?
A: No, we only offer background removal for free. Any custom graphic work must be done prior to submission to Stiku.

Ordering

Q: What payment options are available?
A: Stiku accepts all major credit cards through our website.

Q: What is turn around time for my order?
A: Orders usually take up to 72 business hours to complete. Stiku is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST ( excluding certain holidays) The image submitted is processed within the first 24 hours and a proof will be emailed back ( all vinyl cutouts) Once the print is approved, it takes up to 48 hours for production and shipping.

Q: Can multiple orders be submitted together?
A: Yes, However, if there is a problem with one of the prints, it will push back all of the orders submitted together. We highly recommend that order are submitted individually to eliminate any delays in production and shipping.

Q: Can I submit multiple prints of the same print.
A: Yes, simply enter the number of prints during the order process.

Q: Do you allow changes or cancellations to orders?
A: Yes, it must be completed within the first 12 hours of submission of the order.

Q: How can I check the status of my order?
A: We will offer you with a general status and you may review the status by logging into your account and selecting the MY Oder Status tab. Below are the keys to determine the status of you r order:

• Proof Pending- Proof has been sent to customer for approval
• Approved- Proof has been approved and has began production
• Shipping- Order has been completed and is being shipped to customer
• Cancelled- Order has been cancelled by customer
• Denied- during the checkout process, credit card was denied

Shipping

Q: Who do you use for shipping?
A: All packages are shipped via Fedex Ground or Fedex Air depending on your selection.
Air shipments can be shipped overnight, two-day, or three-day. Ground shipments can take up to a wek depending on the location that they are shipped to. The following map shows how long it would approximately take if shipped via ground.
