What is StikU?

StikU is a sports and business memorabilia and marketing company HQ in Greer, SC.  We specialize in providing people high quality imaging and print objects for athletes, regulatory documents, marketing support and custom memorabilia solutions.  

What products/Services are offered by StikU?
Everything.  We do customized photos, awards, banners, wall paper, hospital signs, employees of the month and much much… more!  If you want it, we can do it.  Please check out our “What can you do with StikU link on the homepage.”

Do you offer editing of images and graphics?
Yes! We will edit any picture you would like.  You must make it clear in our customization box exactly what you would like to have done.  There will be additional charges added to your order based on the amount of time editing takes.  Charges will be based on an hourly rate ($50.00)  We recommend all editing to be done prior to sending.  This will help us get your product back to you quickly and cost effectively.

What file formats do you accept?

  • .jpg
  • .eps
  • .pdf
  • .tiff
  • .svg
  • .psd

We require a minimum 300 dpi for any images that are to be reproduced larger than 48". All other images will require a minimum of 72dpi.
Remember – The higher quality of your image, the better picture you will receive.  

What are your minimum resolution requirements for an image?

Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Orders must be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.  Most orders are processed quickly after receipt.

How do I cancel my order?
Contact Customer Service immediately by email or by a phone call.  If you are directed to our answering services please leave a message with your name and order number and we will contact you as soon as we receive your message.  A confirmation email will be sent to you confirming that your order has been cancelled.

Do I get to see my image before it is printed?  Yes, we will send you the image through email.  We will request that you approve the order before we ship it.  If you are unsatisfied with the order please respond to us by email explaining what you would like to have changed. 

Can I check the status of my order?
Yes. We will provide a tracking number once you have placed your order. If you have deleted the tracking information, contact customer service for an update on your order.

What company do you use for shipping?
UPS

What shipping methods are offered from StikU?
All packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Both Priority (3 day) and Express (Overnight) are offered.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, StikU offers United States Postal Service shipping worldwide

Does StikU ship to PO boxes?
Yes, through UPS

How long will it take to receive my order?
It depends upon what shipping package choose as well as the editing that needs to be done. Normal orders take 5-7 days to receive.

Returns & Specials:

What is your return policy?
If you feel you have received a defective product we will send you another product at NO CHARGE.  Shipping will not be covered in the return policy.

Do you have a money back guarantee?
Yes, if you feel you have received a defective product we will return your money to you or replace the order at no charge.  Shipping will not be covered if you decide to have another product shipped to you.

Does StikU have specials and gift certificates?
We have special arrangements with corporate and organizations for better pricing. 

Does StikU offer discounts?
YES!!  Please contact us with your order information and we will give you a customized proposal immediately!

How do I install my StikU?

Please see the instructions that came with your StikU product.

Will it damage my wall?
No our products can be removed without leaving any residue on your walls.

Do I need to keep the liner that comes with my StikU?
Yes, this will help if you choose to relocate your picture in the future.

What if I lose the liner?
Head to the grocery store and pick up a roll of wax paper. You can apply your picture to the wax paper for safe transportation.  Be careful not to get anything on the back of your picture.
